Security operations, run by agents

Less harm, sooner, on the record.

Mitigate agents work each alert to a verdict, answer questions against the tools your team runs, hunt for activity no rule caught, and contain it behind gates you set. Nothing is copied out of your systems.

01The problem

More analysts will not close the gap.

A typical SOC owns plenty of tools and still cannot say which alerts went unread. When an incident is reviewed later, the signal is usually sitting in a log someone already paid for. It was never connected to the case while it mattered.

  1. Scattered evidence

Each tool holds one piece of the case.

Endpoint protection stops a payload on one laptop. The mail gateway still holds the same message in three other inboxes, and neither tool tells the other.

  2. Slow queues

Rules catch known patterns. Queues wait for people.

A detection fires only for behaviour someone anticipated. Everything else sits in a queue that drains at the speed of whoever is on shift.

  3. Manual pivots

A search box is not an investigation.

The SIEM returns rows when an analyst asks. Choosing the next source, joining the results and deciding what they mean is still a person's job, one alert at a time.

02Introducing Mitigate

Agents that work the case end to end.

  1. 01

Every alert, worked to the end

Agents gather evidence from each connected tool, reason over it and write a verdict your analysts can check. Your people stop copying indicators between tabs and spend their time on the decisions that need them.

    Hunts that run between incidents

Mitigate checks current threat campaigns against your own tenants, flags old indicators that show up again, and runs hunts on a schedule. Looking for silent activity becomes routine work, not a side project.

    Containment behind gates

Each action is set to automatic, gated or off. Notifying, ticketing and documenting can run alone; isolating a host or disabling a user waits for a person unless you change it. Each step uses the narrowest permission and lands in the record.

03Capabilities

Work the alert where the data lives.

Mitigate maps active campaigns to the assets you run, hunts across your telemetry on a schedule, and proposes rule changes where detections are noisy or missing.

04Governance

Agents act. Your policy decides how far.

  • 01

    Gates

Mark each response action and rule change as automatic, gated or off. A person signs off wherever you ask for one.

  • 02

    Read-only first

Integrations connect with read scopes only. Write access is added per platform and per action when you choose.

  • 03

    The record

Each query is stored with its result, along with the reasoning step that used it and any action taken.

  • 04

    Your environment, your notes

Load runbooks, asset owners, naming conventions and known exceptions. Agents read them before reaching a verdict.

Contain it sooner. Show every step.

Bring one of your noisiest alerts. Watch Mitigate take it all the way to a verdict. Each query is kept in the record, and your data never moves.
